KHALO is a low boot with a superior comfort and long-lasting, composed of material of particular value. Its outer upper is in very soft full-grain leather of superior quality; its leather extensibility and its generously comfortable last make this style perfectly adaptable to tough feet.

Please write us a note once you’ve purchased or contact us before purchasing if you have annoying callus on your feet, bunions, hammer toes o any irregularity in your feet that concerns you. We are able to adjust the shoe to any irregular shape of the foot included in the range of cases that can be tackled without the need for a custom-made shoe. We have solved several problems of shoe adjustment with simple actions before shipping.
Wholesomeness and Transpirability
The inside is completely lined in full-grain bovine leather, tanned with vegetable tannins with no chromium and no colorants, for an effective absorption of the swear with no formation of bad smells. This leather is compatible with the most sensitive foot skins, prevents irritations and mycosis, and does not cause contact allergies.
Sole
The sole is in GUMLITE by VIBRAM (www.vibram.it), it’s a light expanded rubber with an high capability of adhering to all grounds, even the smooth and wet ones. It is very light and therefore makes the shoe considerably less heavy as compared to crepe.

TRUE IDEAL construction:
The lining (the part in grey in the section) is fixed by turning it around a leather insole, while the outer part of the upper (the darker part in brown in the section) is turned and stitched, on the contrary, on another layer of leather. This a light space of air is created between these two layers of leather, which is heated by the warmth of the foot and keeps the correct temperature inside the shoe. This is an ancient handmade manufacture, which is rarely used because it implies a big effort. We have chosen it because of the comfort it gives to the foot. Also KAHLO low boot is realized with vegetable tanned leathers and its inner lining is not dyed nor colored so that it does not create any barrier to the absorption of the sweat.
